Overview
Every machine and trailer sold by G&E Innovations is delivered by a licensed, insured freight carrier on a trailer suited to its size and weight. Online orders are delivered only; collection by the buyer is not offered through checkout. This policy explains what delivery costs, where we deliver, how long it takes, and what to do when your equipment arrives.
Freight cost
Delivery is charged as one flat $550 “Nationwide Freight Delivery” charge per order, whatever the size of the machine and wherever you are in the contiguous United States. The charge is shown as its own line in your cart and at checkout, and it is included in the order total you pay. We do not add fuel surcharges or other freight add-ons afterwards: the freight line at checkout is the full delivery charge for an address the carrier can reach safely.
Where we deliver
- Contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.): delivered to any business, jobsite, farm or residential address that a tractor-trailer can reach safely.
- Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international addresses: not available through online checkout. Contact us for a separate written quote before ordering.
What the freight charge covers
- Loading at the equipment’s current location and transport to your delivery address.
- Carrier cargo insurance while the equipment is in transit.
- A scheduled delivery window agreed with you in advance.
Unloading at the destination requires safe, level ground reachable by the carrier’s truck. Carrier charges caused by the delivery site (for example waiting time, a failed delivery because nobody was available to receive the equipment, or a second vehicle needed because of limited access) are passed on at cost, and only after we have told you about them.
Handling and transit times
- Payment clearing: bank transfers usually clear in 1–3 business days. Handling starts once payment has cleared.
- Handling: 1–3 business days to prepare the equipment, paperwork and carrier booking.
- Transit: typically 5–10 business days, depending on distance and carrier routing.
We email you the pickup date and estimated delivery window once the load is booked. Weather and carrier availability can cause delays; we keep you informed if the schedule changes.
Receiving your equipment
An adult authorized to sign must be present at delivery. Before the driver leaves:
- Walk around the equipment and check it against your order.
- Write any visible damage on the bill of lading (BOL) and take photos.
- Contact us within 48 hours at (951) 561-4246 or sales@geinnovationsllc.com with your order number.
Transit damage
If equipment arrives damaged and the damage is noted on the bill of lading, we file and manage the carrier claim for you and arrange repair, replacement or a refund for the affected item. Damage not noted at delivery must be reported within 48 hours to remain eligible.
Title and risk of loss
Title passes to you once your order has been paid in full and payment has cleared. Risk of loss passes to you when the equipment is delivered and the bill of lading is signed.
