Acceptance of terms
By using this website or placing an order with Alternative G&E Innovations LLC (“G&E Innovations”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Payment Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes scraping it without permission, interfering with its security, submitting false information, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for misuse.
Listing accuracy
We work hard to describe each machine accurately using inspections, photos and seller disclosures. Hours, mileage, specifications and features are reported in good faith, but they may be approximate or supplied by the manufacturer or seller. Some descriptions are generated from specifications and reviewed by our team. Please review the inspection report and contact us with questions before buying. You may also arrange your own independent inspection.
G&E Innovations is an independent reseller. We are not the manufacturer of the equipment we list and, unless a listing says so in writing, we are not an authorized dealer for any brand. Brand names are used only to identify the equipment.
Pricing and errors
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Delivery is charged as a flat $550 freight charge per order, shown at checkout. The order total at checkout is the full amount you pay us; we do not add fees after you order. Title, registration or permit fees charged by your own state or local authority are your responsibility. If a listing contains a clear pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid in full, even after we have confirmed it. Listed prices may change without notice before an order is accepted.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, by email, after checking availability. Used equipment is usually one of a kind. If a machine sells before your order is accepted, we will cancel the order, refund any payment in full and can help you find an alternative.
Payment
Orders are paid in full, including the flat freight charge, by bank transfer (ACH or wire) before dispatch. We do not accept card payments. Bank details are shown after you place your order and in your order confirmation; always use your order number as the payment reference. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
Title transfer
Title (or a bill of sale for untitled equipment) transfers to the buyer once payment is received in full and has cleared. We send title documents by tracked mail within 15 business days of payment clearing.
Warranty disclaimer
Unless a listing or written agreement states otherwise, used equipment is sold “as-is, where-is”, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not limit your rights under our inspection window and return policy. See our Warranty & Inspection Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, G&E Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, downtime or equipment rental costs. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify G&E Innovations against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your operation of purchased equipment.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
